About ACVO
ACVO is a partnership between the Affton School District and the Community. This partnership joins the two through volunteering to build a better future
for our students and community.
The combined effort will give an opportunity for people of all ages to help provide Affton School District with additional tools to be the best in education,
and to build stronger ties within the community. ACVO supports all Parent Clubs, Organizations and Community
participants to assure that the volunteer program is the best it can be.
Community Benefits
Those who choose to participate will experience a dimension in life that is very inspiring – Vocational
Wellness. Giving of one’s self to benefit another or a cause without expecting anything in return is very
self-rewarding. Choosing to contribute your time and energy in the form of volunteering will help you
personally gain a greater sense of value, purpose and involvement in the Affton Community. Whether
you have an hour or more to share – no amount of time is too small. Every minute will make a difference
in the future of our students and community.
